[Hiring] Strategic Partnerships Lead @Legion Intelligence

Role Description

Build Legion’s Prime-partner program from the ground up and convert relationships with federal Primes into qualified, opportunity-led pursuits.

• Prioritize and develop relationships with target Primes
• Build the operating playbook across targeting, enablement, teaming, pursuit tracking, and internal cadence
• Develop joint value propositions, solution positioning, and teaming strategies tied to specific opportunities
• Translate Legion’s technical capabilities into credible mission and capture narratives
• Work across sales, engineering, product, and marketing to support active pursuits

Qualifications

• Technical fluency to speak credibly with enterprise architects and engineering leads in federal environments
• Understanding of how LLMs, agentic frameworks, and developer tooling operate within federal infrastructure, including FedRAMP, IL4/IL5, and zero-trust requirements
• Proven ability to navigate a high-growth environment with limited structure
• Comfortable in a startup environment building the playbook while executing independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required due to US Federal Government contract requirements
• Must have Federal Prime/capture experience

Benefits

• Compensation: $180,000 — $360,000 USD
