Role Description

The Strategic Partnership Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships and identify, onboard, activate, and enable new partners that will deliver unprecedented value to our customer community. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will design and articulate the shared value proposition, or โ€œBetter Togetherโ€ story, for Chargebee and its strategic partners, to bring highly differentiated solutions to the market. To be successful, this role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse set of teams, including internal and external sales, marketing, product, and partner teams.

  • Engage with partners in support of shared marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate product development and enhancements.
  • Train and support commercial teams.
  • Drive program momentum and adoption.
  • Increase referrals and co-sell opportunities.
  • Manage joint go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong executive presence and comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, Solutions Consulting, or a related field focusing on the delivery of differentiated solutions.
  • Experience managing commercials such as sales pipelines, renewals, referrals, or rev-share agreements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable building from scratch, taking initiative, and driving strategy in an ambiguous environment.
  • Data-driven approach: Experience using data tools such as a PRM, spreadsheets, Salesforce, to track partnership performance, build revenue models, and present quantitative results to stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in G-suite and related business and communication tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
