Role Description

We’re Crop.photo — a fast-growing AI startup building creative automation and commerce workflow tools used by global brands like Lacoste, Urban Outfitters, Hoover, UEFA & more. Our platform helps ecommerce and marketplace teams generate, crop, resize, standardize, optimize, and publish massive volumes of product imagery using AI-powered workflows and recipes. Unlike traditional creative tools, Crop.photo focuses on operational scale — helping brands manage thousands of SKUs, multiple marketplaces, onboarding requirements, and constantly changing retailer specifications without building large manual production teams.

This is not a traditional outbound sales role. We are looking for someone who already has trusted relationships with ecommerce brands, marketplace sellers, digital commerce teams, or supplier ecosystems — particularly in apparel, fashion, beauty, footwear, furniture, accessories, and other SKU-heavy retail categories.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with ecommerce and marketplace brands that fit Crop.photo’s ICP
• Introduce qualified ecommerce operators, marketplace teams, merchandising groups, and digital commerce stakeholders to Crop.photo
• Identify eCommerce vendors struggling with operational onboarding, product image workflows, merchandising scale, or marketplace readiness at scale
• Work directly with leadership to help shape GTM strategy, ecosystem partnerships
• Help identify operational pain points across ecommerce marketplaces, and onboarding workflows
• Open conversations with seller/merchant teams, marketplace operators, ecommerce directors, onboarding leaders, and digital commerce stakeholders
• Advise on how brands currently manage onboarding, catalog readiness, content workflows, merchandising operations, and visual commerce scaling

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working inside marketplace’s: merchant success, onboarding, seller enablement, ecommerce implementation teams
• Existing relationships with ecommerce brands, marketplace sellers, digital commerce teams, or supplier ecosystems
• Strong understanding of how brands operationally launch and scale across ecommerce and marketplace channels
• Experience working with apparel, fashion, beauty, accessories, footwear, furniture, or other visual commerce categories strongly preferred
• Comfortable working directly with startup founders in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify operational pain points and connect them to scalable workflow solutions
