[Hiring] Solar Internship (Business Development/Sales) @Solar Complete

Role Description

Interns will work on Solar Design Work at Solar Complete firm via Work From Home Mode, focusing on the following projects:

• 200kWp rooftop commercial on-grid solar power plant
• 10kWp rooftop solar off-grid plant
• 50 kWp rooftop industrial on-grid solar power plant
• 1-10kW rooftop residential on-grid solar power plant
• 125 kWp rooftop commercial on-grid solar power plant

Solar Complete will provide Solar Design & Simulation Software files via email. Candidates need to install the software on their computer systems and work on the projects under the guidance of Solar Complete’s team.

Tasks include:

• Undergoing initial 1 Month Online training on Solar Power Plant business development
• Transitioning to Solar Power Plant Projects business development work after the first month of training
• Participating in a strictly beginner-level internship focused on solar power plant training and work
• Working remotely (online) under supervision of the team head
• Collaborating in a team environment
• Communicating with solar vendors, solar professionals, and educational & research institutions regarding renewable energy systems, especially solar plants
• Creating digital marketing content for solar power plants
• Providing clients with details about solar plants (training & consultation)
• Working on renewable energy systems, especially solar plant designing (calculations, costing, etc.) in collaboration with solar vendors and the costing team
• Committing to at least 2 hours of work daily, with flexibility for more
• Submitting work by deadline dates

Qualifications

• Pursuing / freshers / pass outs / working candidates
• Education qualification in B.E/B.Tech / BBA / MBA / B.Voc (Renewable Energy)

Requirements

• Must have a laptop or PC with a good internet connection
• Willingness to work remotely (online)
