[Hiring] Senior Manager, Partnerships & Channels @CodeSignal

Role Description

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Partnerships & Channels to build and scale CodeSignal’s partner program across the corporate and HR tech markets. In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll turn early partner traction into repeatable pipeline and revenue through strategic alliances, reseller relationships, and co-selling.

• Own partner strategy and commercial execution.
• Work closely with Sales on joint opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations, focusing on Skills Intelligence.
• Establish structure, processes, and playbooks needed to scale the partner program.
• Source, negotiate, and launch partnerships across various motions.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
• Lead the partner strategy for Skills Intelligence.
• Be the go-to partner for Sales, leading joint account planning and co-selling.
• Run integration-led partnerships with Product and Engineering.
• Enable partners to sell confidently.
• Coordinate execution across the company.
• Represent CodeSignal in the HR tech ecosystem at industry events.
• Track and report partner activation, pipeline, conversion, sourced and influenced ARR, and expansion.
• Support education and public sector partnerships as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology, talent technology, or enterprise software serving HR and talent teams.
• Significant experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, including building an early-stage partner program.
• A proven track record of building a partner program from an early stage.
• Startup experience, thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
• Strong commercial skills, including deal structuring and negotiation.
• Technical fluency in integration conversations.
• A collaborative, cross-functional style that earns sales teams’ trust.
• Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• A revenue orientation, treating partnerships as a pipeline and revenue engine.

Requirements

• An established network across the HR tech ecosystem.
• Experience in skills intelligence, talent intelligence, or workforce analytics.
• Experience with partner tooling (CRM, PRM/partner portal, enablement platforms).
• A track record of speaking at industry conferences or partner events.
