[Hiring] Security Programs Investment Lead @Microsoft

Role Description

We are looking for a Security Programs Investment Lead to join the Microsoft Security GTM Strategy team. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, sales execution, and investment management, leading a portfolio of strategic programs that help accelerate customer adoption of Microsoft Security solutions. The successful candidate will own the strategy, governance, and performance insights for investments including ECIF, Azure Consumption Offers (ACO), Deployment Vouchers, and other acceleration programs, ensuring investments are directed toward the highest-impact opportunities.

• Partner closely with Finance, field leadership, product teams, and sales stakeholders to evaluate investment effectiveness.
• Optimize program outcomes and deliver data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions.
• Measure success by translating investments into measurable business impact, including accelerated deal velocity, incremental revenue, increased security workload adoption, and improved program efficiency across the Security business.
• Conduct market and financial research and turn findings into go-to-market insights and recommendations.
• Possess strengths in business and data analysis, project and stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
• Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year.
• Different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
