Role Description

This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Your role and responsibilities include:

• Developing global value propositions, commercial packages and go-to-market approaches for AMR Connected Care offerings.
• Translating software, data and connectivity capabilities into clear business outcomes and customer-value messages.
• Creating sales playbooks, proposal templates, customer presentations, business cases and enablement materials for Connected Care sales teams.
• Supporting pricing logic, packaging, subscription approaches and recurring-revenue models with portfolio, finance and pricing stakeholders.
• Analyzing the AMR Installed Base and commercial data to identify service-growth opportunities, campaigns and pilot priorities.
• Coordinating sales enablement sessions, collecting market feedback and ensuring Connected Care capabilities address relevant customer and commercial needs.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Remote . The candidate will be based in Spain.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Engineering, Business Administration, Digital Business, Industrial Management or related discipline.
• Experience in business development, portfolio commercialization, sales enablement, digital services or technology-based service sales is a plus.
• Ability to transform technical or software capabilities into customer-value propositions, commercial tools and executive-ready materials.
• Understanding of recurring-revenue, subscription, SaaS or digitally enabled service models.
• Strong analytical skills using Installed Base, CRM, market and commercial information to define priorities.
• Strong professional English. Spanish nice to have.
• Ability to work across global functions, local organizations and matrix environments; availability for travels (30%).

Requirements

• Experience commercializing digital services, software solutions, remote monitoring or data-based service offerings is a plus.
• Knowledge of pricing, packaging, subscription, business-case development, campaigns and sales enablement programs.
• Strategic and commercial mindset, digital-business orientation, value-proposition development, customer empathy, stakeholder management and execution discipline in evolving environments.
