Role Description

Drive new business development by:

Lead the design and execution of custom research studies by:

• Developing questionnaires and project designs.

Oversee the quality and performance of survey programs by:

• Ensuring everything is refined and optimized before reaching the client.

Keep projects on track by:

• Managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Be the face of the business for your clients by:

• Building relationships that encourage repeat business.

Mentor and develop members of the research team by:

• Sharing your expertise and helping others do their best work.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in market research, business intelligence, or brand management solutions.
• A genuine hunter mentality with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Deep expertise in quantitative research methodologies.
• Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
