Role Description

As a Partnerships Coordinator , you will support CareerSwift's partnership activities by:

• Researching potential partners and identifying organizations that may benefit from working with CareerSwift.
• Supporting outreach and communication with prospective and existing partners.
• Maintaining accurate partnership records, contacts, activities, and follow-ups.
• Coordinating meetings, calls, and partnership-related activities.
• Assisting with preparing presentations, proposals, and other partnership materials.
• Working with internal teams to coordinate partnership initiatives and deliverables.
• Tracking partnership activities and helping prepare updates and reports for the team.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting online research and working with spreadsheets and digital tools.
• Ability to build professional relationships and communicate confidently.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Interest in business development, partnerships, sales, or technology.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, or coordination (nice to have).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools (nice to have).
• Experience working with B2B companies or digital products (nice to have).
