As our Partnership Outreach Coordinator, you'll identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with brands, platforms, and creators who align with our mission. No degree required — just strong communication skills, persistence, and a nose for a good opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to initiate conversations
• Maintain a pipeline of active outreach and follow up persistently and professionally
• Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members
• Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status
• Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval
• Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed

Qualifications

• No degree required
• Excellent written communication — you write emails people actually respond to
• Organized and persistent — follow-up is where deals get made
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking
• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline with minimal oversight
• Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space
