[Hiring] New Markets Specialist @intelligentfood Schweiz AG

Role Description

As our New Markets Specialist, you turn our international growth strategy into action. You’ll be the operational link between our markets, partners and HQ and help build El Tony Mate market by market.

• Together with our Director New Markets, you turn strategy into execution by coordinating priorities, following up and making sure plans don’t stay plans.
• You coordinate the day-to-day business, projects and action points with Country Builders, distributors and our internal teams to keep communication smooth and everyone on the same page between our markets and HQ.
• You support commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, logistics and partner follow-ups within the defined framework.
• You support the analysis of market developments, competitors, sales performance and KPIs.
• Together with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance, you coordinate market projects and activations and help adapt commercial and brand initiatives to local market needs.
• You prepare reports, presentations and market insights that turn market information into something we can actually use to make better business decisions.

Qualifications

• You think international. You’re confident working across markets, cultures and teams and travelling within Europe feels more like a perk than a problem.
• You speak Europe. Fluent English, German and French are part of the package. Spanish is a very welcome bonus.
• You bring around 2-3 years of experience in international business, sales, marketing, business development or project management, ideally in FMCG, beverages or another fast-moving industry.
• You understand how brands grow, how commercial partnerships work and what it takes to turn market potential into actual business.
• Multiple markets, partners, deadlines and priorities at once: You know how to bring structure to the chaos, stay organized and follow through.
• You’re comfortable building relationships and negotiating with partners, but equally happy digging into KPIs and figuring out what the numbers are telling you.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented. When something needs to happen, your first thought is “How do we make it work?”
• And above all: you’re excited about taking a brand you believe in to new places.
