[Hiring] Mortgage Business Analyst @Silverwork Solutions

Role Description

Silverwork is Technology That’s Brilliantly HumanTM, and we are looking for experienced Mortgage Business Analysts to join our Client Success team. As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Be equipped with tools and knowledge to become an expert in intelligent automation, particularly in the mortgage industry.
• Translate business requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients into intelligent automation solutions.
• Manage all client communication, gather requirements, and handle client requests as the first point of contact for assigned clients.
• Facilitate agile cycles for your client support team by prioritizing and planning the product backlog and coordinating scrum processes.
• Write in-depth documentation as needed.
• Become a mortgage subject matter expert to translate industry-specific concepts and terminology.
• Provide important feedback to help improve the Silverwork product offering.
• Mentor less experienced business analysts and improve your business analysis/product management skills.
• Identify ways for the company to improve automation and enhance the product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 3 or more years of business analyst experience or experience writing business requirements.
• Experience in the mortgage industry.
• Familiarity with software development cycles.
• Project management experience.
• Experience writing procedures and guides.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, from client to CEO.
• A desire to be a thought leader and mentor for your team and the company.
• A curious mind and excitement for learning.
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve results through collaborative work.

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000 and is based on experience and mortgage knowledge.
