Role Description

We're currently searching for a Senior Managing Director, Growth to come aboard our team. In this capacity, the Managing Director, Growth takes charge of spotting, developing, and advancing significant growth prospects on behalf of the organization. This senior-level, client-facing position calls for someone capable of converting relationships, market indicators, marketing obstacles, customer requirements, and business priorities into qualified prospects. The person in this role will be expected to generate commercial energy, open new doors, and help transform early-stage dialogue into substantive client partnerships. Equal fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

• Pursue new and expanded client prospects by leveraging existing relationships, direct signals from clients, market movements, partnership channels, and emerging marketing and business needs.
• Establish and cultivate trusted relationships with senior figures such as CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, customer and experience leaders, technology executives, business unit heads, and other critical decision-makers.
• Spot marketing growth prospects spanning customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, personalization, CRM and lifecycle marketing, content, commerce, digital experience, media, marketing technology, and measurement.
• Bring rigor to the qualification process by evaluating client needs, strategic alignment, commercial viability, urgency, access to stakeholders, competitive landscape, and probability of advancement.
• Give shape to opportunities by converting marketing and business challenges into well-defined problem statements, opportunity briefs, perspectives, value propositions, stakeholder maps, and suggested approaches.
• Guide early-phase pursuit work, covering discovery discussions, workshops, executive-level conversations, proposal planning, credentials building, pilot programs, and pitch development as circumstances warrant.
• Assemble the appropriate blend of marketing strategy, customer experience, experience design, product, content, CRM, commerce, data, AI, platforms, martech, media, and technology capabilities to tackle each opportunity.
• Support clients in converting customer insight into measurable growth by showing how stronger customer understanding, journey design, personalization, data, and technology can lift engagement, conversion, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Spot chances to help clients modernize their marketing operating models, technology ecosystems, data strategies, content operations, measurement practices, and customer engagement capabilities.
• Take ownership of next steps and sustain commercial momentum, ensuring opportunities continue advancing from first conversation through qualification, proposal, engagement, or expansion.
• Find ways to strengthen current client relationships, broaden the scope of ongoing engagements, and bring in additional marketing, experience, technology, and transformation capabilities wherever value can be created.
• Document recurring client needs, marketing trends, market signals, proven approaches, case studies, and repeatable growth strategies that help scale the organization's broader growth capability.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of applicable experience in growth, marketing transformation, client leadership, consulting, digital transformation, technology, experience strategy, agency leadership, enterprise sales, or comparable fields.
• A minimum of 5 years spent in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level capacities.
• Demonstrated history managing engagements for teams of 40 or more full-time staff.
• Proven background in originating, shaping, and developing opportunities carrying meaningful revenue potential.
• Solid understanding of how large enterprise clients assess and procure marketing, experience, technology, product, data, AI, and transformation services.
• Direct experience engaging with senior marketing, digital, customer experience, technology, or business leadership.
• Professional background potentially spanning digital agencies, marketing and experience consultancies, technology companies, martech firms, systems integrators, product and experience businesses, or transformation consultancies.
• Demonstrated capability to unite multidisciplinary teams around intricate marketing and business opportunities and convert those opportunities into clear commercial propositions.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills at a B2 level or higher.
