[Hiring] Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships @Solution Community

Role Description

As the Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and collaborating with the Community’s network of corporate allies, alongside the Lead, Corporate Partnerships, to develop and nurture relationships with corporate entities that align with our mission and vision. In this role, you’ll support strategic initiatives, cultivate sponsorship opportunities, and help create innovative collaboration models that benefit our organization and our partners.

What Will You Do?

• Help Develop and Execute Strategy: Provide key input and manage a corporate partnership and sponsorship strategy that aligns with Solution Community’s mission and goals.
• Work closely with the Lead, Corporate Sponsorships and Partnerships: Collaborate to establish ambitious yet achievable annual corporate fundraising goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Demonstrate a willingness to take on diverse projects and work closely to address ongoing concerns, anticipate future needs, and potential roadblocks.
• Collaborate with the overall Growth team (fundraising and marketing): Identify opportunities that may overlap their roles and work in tandem to support Solution’s fundraising efforts.
• Identify and Engage Prospects: Research partnerships for Solution Community with corporations and industry leaders who share a commitment to social impact, targeting collaborations that foster mutual growth.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate, maintain, and deepen relationships with new and existing partners while consistently exploring ways to expand our network.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling partnership proposals that demonstrate the value and impact of Solution Community’s work.
• Impact Reporting: Help measure and report on the impact of corporate partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with our mission and growth objectives.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all partnerships align with Solution Community’s brand values, culture, and objectives, strengthening our reputation within the corporate sector.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate partnership management, sponsorship acquisition, or a related field.
• A history of securing and managing significant partnerships is preferred.
• Ability to support and contribute to the development of plans that achieve partnership growth and sustainability.
• Comfort working in an organization that is both a start-up and encourages informed initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate Solution Community’s mission to corporate stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in building and sustaining business relationships.
• Passionate about social impact and Solution Community’s mission.
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a multicultural, remote team environment.
