Role Description

In Accenture, within the Strategy & Consulting – Global Network area, we work with leading global clients to design and implement strategies that drive transformation and sustainable growth. As part of our team, you will collaborate on projects that combine innovation, deep analysis, and strategic execution, helping organizations tackle their most complex challenges.

• Participate in large global programs which help Utilities clients design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities, and digitally enabled solutions.
• Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects focusing on:
  • CIS
  • Device Management
  • Energy Data Management
  • Advance Meter Infrastructure
  • Smart grid
  • GIS
  • MDM

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting type of work connected to technology advisory, management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience from the Utilities industry working with the digital agenda.
• Commercial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities together with other Accenture Managers.
• Used to collaborating in diverse project teams and can work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
• Can communicate effectively and can put ideas and findings into the right context and to the right audience, both written and verbally.
• Technologically savvy, customer-centric, with a focus on change management and enjoy working in the interface between technology and business with Digital Transformation projects for the Utilities Industry.
• Knowledge of platforms (like Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) and platform implementation (Desirable).
• Knowledge on business transformation and project lifecycle frameworks and approaches (Desirable).
• Exposure to product implementations teams or solution roadmap teams to detail business requirements, work with product development teams across development life cycle stages (Desirable).
• Knowledge in Project Management (Desirable).
• Knowledge in Agile Methodology (Desirable).
• English Advanced (mandatory).
