Role Description

This full-time Leadership and Equity Partner role in Business Consulting is based in Berlin / Brandenburg, with flexibility for remote work. The role entails:

• Guiding SMEs through tailored business acceleration programs
• Uncovering profit improvement opportunities
• Supporting succession and exit planning
• Providing clarity and leadership guidance as a trusted mentor
• Leveraging thexton armstrong’s proven methodologies to deliver actionable and measurable business outcomes
• Actively developing client relationships
• Collaborating with SME leaders
• Contributing to fostering strategic growth

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Finance skills to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Proven expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting, with experience in working with SMEs or similar industries is a plus
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and mentor business leaders effectively
• Knowledge of business strategy, leadership development, and succession planning processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a business consultancy practice
• Previous experience in leadership or senior executive roles is advantageous
• Proficiency in both German and English is a must
