Role Description

As the Head of Vendor & Business Partnerships, you will lead the company's partnership function and oversee relationships with strategic vendors, technology providers, and business partners. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing partnership strategies
  • Managing key commercial relationships
  • Optimizing partner performance
  • Building scalable processes that support the company's product and operational goals

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • The strength of the partner ecosystem
  • The effectiveness of partnership management processes
  • The overall business value generated through strategic external collaborations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Vendor Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a related function
  • Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, or another technology-driven industry obligatory
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams
  • Extensive practical experience in negotiating partnership agreements and commercial terms
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Professional working proficiency in English
