Role Description

The purpose of this role is to lead and grow the casino content aggregation business with full P&L ownership, business strategy, revenue growth, and profitability. The role drives commercial and content strategy, shapes platform development, builds strategic partnerships with game providers and operators, and leads teams to strengthen position in the iGaming market.

What you’ll drive

• Business Ownership and Strategy
  • Take full ownership of the aggregation business, driving revenue growth, profitability, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Define and execute the business strategy, identify new revenue streams, expand into new markets, and build long-term competitive advantages.
  • Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring clear business priorities and effective resource allocation.
• Content and Commercial Partnerships
  • Develop and manage the content portfolio strategy, ensuring competitive game offerings across different verticals and target markets.
  • Build strong C-level relationships with leading game providers and negotiate strategic agreements, including exclusive content and competitive commercial terms.
  • Develop pricing and commercial models, strengthen relationships with key operators, and work with Sales and Account Management to grow the client base, revenue, and retention.
• Product Development and Operations
  • Shape the aggregation platform roadmap together with Product and Technology teams, prioritizing integrations, platform capabilities, and new features based on business impact.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving provider integrations, operator onboarding, platform reliability, billing, and reconciliation processes.
• Market Strategy and Team Leadership
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and business risks, identifying opportunities for differentiation, strategic partnerships, and long-term business continuity.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, establish clear accountability, and drive effective collaboration across business functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in iGaming, ideally within casino content aggregation, game studios/RGS, or B2B gaming platforms.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership, business growth, revenue generation, and cost optimization.
• Deep understanding of casino aggregation business models, provider economics, content distribution, and regulated markets.
• Strong network and established C-level relationships with leading game providers and operators.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams (30+ employees), including managing managers.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to combine long-term strategic vision with hands-on execution and ownership of results.
• Ability to travel to Cyprus for business purposes.

Requirements

• Experience working for or competing directly with leading casino content aggregators.
• Experience launching or scaling a business unit in a high-growth environment.
• Entrepreneurial background or experience building a business from the ground up.
• Experience with M&A, exclusive content deals, or strategic market expansion.
• Strong knowledge of regulated iGaming markets and content certification requirements.
• University degree in business, finance, or a related analytical field.
