Role Description

New Home Star is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven executive to serve as Division President of Builder Solutions Group (BSG). This senior leadership role offers an opportunity to lead, expand, and elevate a growing portfolio of business solutions for the residential homebuilding industry.

• The BSG Group Division President will accelerate revenue growth, expand strategic builder partnerships, strengthen customer retention, and continuously evolve BSG's solutions to meet the changing needs of homebuilding organizations.
• The ideal candidate combines strong business development instincts with executive-level leadership, financial acumen, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
• This individual must be equally comfortable engaging senior homebuilding executives, identifying new market opportunities, collaborating across internal departments, and leading a high-performing organization.
• As a member of New Home Star's executive leadership team, the Group Division President will help shape BSG's future while contributing to its broader strategic direction, organizational culture, and continued growth.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership experience within the residential homebuilding industry or a closely related industry serving residential builders.
• Demonstrated success in business development, strategic partnerships, revenue growth, or executive-level commercial leadership.
• Experience managing business-unit financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Established ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Proven experience leading teams, developing organizational capabilities, and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the residential homebuilding business model, including builder priorities, market dynamics, and operational challenges.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial executive environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50%, including participation in industry conferences, partner meetings, and market visits.
• Background checks required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline. MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Experience serving in a division president, general manager, vice president, or comparable senior leadership position.
• Professional experience with a nationally recognized homebuilder, residential real estate organization, or established industry solutions provider.
• Demonstrated success scaling a business unit, expanding a customer portfolio, or introducing new service offerings.
• Experience developing and implementing customer satisfaction programs, NPS measurement systems, and structured customer feedback processes.
• Strong professional network within the national residential homebuilding industry.

• Net Promoter Score (NPS): Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy through measurable improvements in partner experience.
• Builder Partnership Growth: Expand active builder partnerships and strengthen BSG's presence in the homebuilding industry.
• Solution, Adoption & Retention: Increase partner engagement, expand utilization of BSG offerings, and minimize customer churn.
• Revenue Growth: Deliver sustained, measurable revenue expansion through new partnerships, growth with existing partners, and expanded solutions.
