[Hiring] Franchise Business Consultant @OpenWorks | Facility Management

Role Description

As a Franchise Business Consultant at OpenWorks, you’ll be the go-to partner for our franchisees helping them grow their businesses, operate with excellence, and deliver on OpenWorks’ standards. From onboarding and training to performance coaching and strategic growth, you’ll play a critical role in shaping franchisee success and strengthening our national network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving challenges, and driving measurable results.

• Partner with franchisees to ensure compliance with OpenWorks’ training, standards, and operational requirements.
• Lead franchise onboarding and provide guidance that sets new owners up for success from day one.
• Deliver engaging training programs focused on business strategy, financial acumen, and people management.
• Track performance metrics and coach franchisees with actionable development plans to improve results.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to address non-compliance and support improvement initiatives.
• Drive adoption of systems and technology (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics) to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of franchise experience, with at least 5 years in franchise operations, development, or vendor management.
• Proven track record of supporting franchise programs with measurable impact on compliance, growth, or profitability.
• Familiarity with janitorial operations and CRM or ERP platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics preferred).
• Strong communicator and trainer – comfortable presenting to groups both virtually and in person.
• Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and recommend improvements.
• Growth-oriented and solutions-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel quarterly or as needed.
