Role Description

As a Franchise Business Coach with College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving, you’ll serve as a trusted business partner to a portfolio of franchise owners, helping them strengthen operations, accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability, and build healthy, sustainable businesses. This is a highly collaborative, results-driven role for someone who knows how to turn data into action.

You’ll work closely with franchise partners—both virtually and in the field—to analyze performance, identify opportunities, remove barriers, and create actionable plans that drive measurable improvement. Success in this role requires the ability to build strong relationships while also having candid conversations, challenging the status quo, and holding franchise partners accountable to agreed-upon goals and commitments. Ultimately, your success will be measured by the success of the franchise partners you support—their growth, profitability, operational excellence, and ability to consistently deliver the signature WOW experience our clients expect.
