[Hiring] (Founding) Business Development Representative @Coverflex

Role Description

Your role will play a major role in our success because you’ll be one of the first BDRs dedicated to the German market, directly fueling our sales pipeline and revenue growth.

• You’ll be the engine behind new opportunities — opening doors, creating conversations, and ensuring our Account Executives spend their time on high-quality, well-qualified meetings.
• You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve:
  • Built a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
  • Started booking qualified meetings for AEs
  • Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover

How we’ll measure success:

• Main KPI 1: Number of outbound activities (calls)
• Main KPI 2: Number of meetings booked (SQL)
• Main KPI 3: Number of qualified meetings (SAL)
• Secondary KPI 1: Pipeline and revenue influenced
• Secondary KPI 2: CRM data quality and feedback loops

• Fluency in English and German

Requirements

• SMB outbound sales experience
• Knowledge of the benefits market
• Exposure to tech, HR, finance, or benefits-related ICPs
• Strong CRM usage habits, with HubSpot experience as a plus
• Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese language skills

Benefits

• Base Salary: €24,000 – €28,000
• Bonus / Commissions: Uncapped
• Equity: Yes – Stock Options under our Equity Incentive Plan
• Contract Type: Fixed Term - 6 months
