[Hiring] EUCOM Business Development Manager @Neros Technologies

Role Description

Neros is hiring a EUCOM Lead to drive business development and sales with U.S. forces operating across the EUCOM area of responsibility. This person will be responsible for:

• Identifying key stakeholders
• Building relationships with operational units
• Generating and leading engagements
• Helping convert regional demand into fielded capability

Responsibilities include:

• Own business development and sales efforts for U.S. forces in EUCOM
• Coordinate closely with the MENA Business Development team to link U.S. force opportunities with host-nation priorities
• Support planning and execution of demos, live fires, training events, and operational evaluations
• Identify opportunities tied to training, equipping, partner-force support, and real-world testing

Qualifications

• Experience working with or inside U.S. military organizations, preferably in operational or business development contexts
• Strong understanding of U.S. forces operating in the EUCOM region
• Experience planning or supporting military engagements, training events, exercises, demos, or live fires
• Willingness to travel regionally and domestically as needed
• Comfort working across sales, product, operations, and leadership teams
• High ownership, strong judgment, and a mission-first mindset

Requirements

• Location: Germany/Europe, DC, East Coast US
• Prior military service or direct experience supporting deployed U.S. forces
• Familiarity with UAS, loitering munitions, robotics, defense technology, or tactical systems
• Experience with foreign military sales, partner-force equipping, security cooperation, or SOF networks
• Existing relationships with U.S. units, commands, or program offices operating in the region

Benefits

• US Salary Range: $110,500 – $154,500 USD
• Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
