[Hiring] Director of Strategic Partnerships @Immortals

Role Description

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will expand our footprint by identifying opportunities, driving outreach, structuring agreements, and executing contracts for new B2B and B2B2C relationships. Your primary focus will be creating innovative distribution channels that drive new customers directly into the Immortals ecosystem, specifically across our Medicine, Concierge, Biomarkers, and the Blueprint product lines. You will act as a zero-to-one builder, tasked with unlocking massive new audiences and driving scalable revenue outside of our traditional direct-to-consumer funnels.

• Execute on targeted outreach to secure executive meetings, build a robust pipeline, and establish net-new B2B and B2B2C distribution channels across the Immortals ecosystem.
• Focus specifically on partnerships that drive distribution and new customer acquisition for our core offerings: Immortals Medicine, Concierge, Biomarkers, and the Blueprint product lines.
• Act as a primary external representative for the Immortals and Blueprint brands with key executives, deeply understanding prospective partners' initiatives and incentives to strategically align goals and drive successful outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end deal cycle, from initial prospecting and executive outreach to financial modeling, contract negotiation, and final execution.
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Operations, Partnership Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless post-agreement onboarding and successful go-to-market launch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or complex B2B sales.
• Direct experience scaling partnerships within the healthcare industry, including a firm grasp of healthcare regulatory frameworks and clinical referral models.
• Strong drive and a growth mindset, with a proven ability to consistently source, grow, and creatively structure net-new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated track record of independently negotiating and closing high-value partnerships, backed by strong financial acumen and executive-level communication skills.

Salary Range

$180-220k + variable pay + equity + benefits
