We are seeking a Director, Healthcare Partnerships & Growth to help build strategic relationships, identify market opportunities, and accelerate the adoption of innovative training solutions across the healthcare ecosystem. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a builder . Someone who is passionate about healthcare innovation and understands how to bring together stakeholders, identify meaningful opportunities, and create long-term value through collaboration and partnership.

As Director, Healthcare Partnerships & Growth, you will play a key role in helping shape the commercial strategy and growth of our healthcare innovation initiatives. You will work closely with executive leadership, product and technology teams, healthcare partners, and international collaborators to:

• Build strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
• Identify and validate market opportunities
• Develop partnership and growth strategies
• Support pilot programs and innovation initiatives
• Create pathways to scale successful solutions
• Position Aequilibrium as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation

You will engage with healthcare leaders who are looking to improve learning outcomes, workforce readiness, operational efficiency, and patient care through innovative approaches to education and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, healthcare strategy, or growth leadership
• Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, health authorities, academic institutions, or healthcare technology companies
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
