Role Description

Help shape the future of healthcare education and workforce development. As Director, Healthcare Innovation and Partnerships, you will play a key role in helping shape the commercial strategy and growth of our healthcare innovation initiatives.

• Build strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
• Identify and validate market opportunities
• Develop partnership and growth strategies
• Support pilot programs and innovation initiatives
• Create pathways to scale successful solutions
• Position Aequilibrium as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation

You will engage with healthcare leaders seeking to improve learning outcomes, workforce readiness, operational efficiency, and patient care through innovative approaches to education and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, healthcare strategy, or growth leadership
• Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, health authorities, academic institutions, or healthcare technology companies
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
