Role Description

FenixHire is expanding our Dental division and seeking a Dental Business Development Consultant to acquire new dental clients, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth. This commission-only role is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused professional who understands the dental industry and excels at converting opportunities into long-term clients.

• Build and manage a portfolio of dental practices, DSOs, and specialty clinics
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the dental sector
• Conduct outreach and present FenixHire’s recruitment solutions
• Strengthen brand presence across general dentistry and dental specialties
• Partner with internal recruiters to support successful placements
• Provide insights on hiring trends, compensation, and market demand in dentistry
• Represent FenixHire with professionalism, urgency, and confidence

Qualifications

• Experience in dental business development, dental sales, staffing/recruitment, or healthcare sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple pipelines
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Requirements

• Commission Only
• Unlimited commission potential
• Bi-annual performance bonuses
• Recommended earnings range: $60,000 – $120,000+ annually (based on performance)
