Retirement Solutions is focused on helping more people prepare for and live in retirement by delivering strong recordkeeping capabilities, effective service, and business solutions that support better customer outcomes. This role ensures that we deliver those outcomes prioritized in the RS Portfolio through driving complex initiatives, connecting business strategy to execution, and partnering across business, operations, technology, and readiness teams to deliver meaningful change for our customers and partners.

This position is not required to work out of the Columbus office and is available to our remote associates should they possess the appropriate experience.

This is a G2 band role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business, mathematics or related field.
• Project Management Certification preferred.
• Six years of work experience in project management. Business process mapping experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of project management concepts and techniques.
• Working knowledge of business terminology, systems and data processing policies, practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of business-related systems concepts and requirements preferred.
• Strong relationship building skills.

• Ability to prepare technical reports and formal presentations.
