[Hiring] Business Development Support Specialist @DCX

Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based Business Development Support Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the vegetation management industry. In this role, you will support sales and business development activities by:

• Researching potential customers
• Identifying service opportunities
• Creating and managing CRM leads
• Maintaining accurate GIS and mapping data

You will work closely with Business Development Representatives, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to support lead generation, project coordination, and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or related roles
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours

Requirements

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Focused on providing quality service
• Able to research information and resolve issues effectively
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems
• Basic exposure to HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is preferred
• Comfortable using Google Earth, Google My Maps, or similar mapping platforms
• Strong research and data-entry skills
• Ability to accurately maintain CRM and GIS records
• Direct cold-calling experience is a plus
