Role Description

Strategic leader responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding a company's market reach and profitability. This role involves analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, negotiating deals, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve revenue goals. Success in this position requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Identify new opportunities: Analyze market trends and identify new business prospects, markets, and potential partnerships.
• Develop strategy: Create and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Build relationships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with other companies and key stakeholders.
• Drive revenue: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and proposals that generate revenue.
• Negotiate and close deals: Lead negotiations for new client contracts and other business deals.
• Report and analyze: Track and report on sales activity, key performance metrics, and market trends to senior management.
• Collaborate internally: Partner with other departments like marketing, sales, and product development to ensure strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or Engineering. An MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 5 -10 years of proven track record in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships in the Refrigeration Industry.
