Role Description

As a Business Development Representative, you play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline. With a strong focus on outbound prospecting, you proactively identify and engage high-potential prospects, while also managing inbound leads. As the first point of contact for current customers and prospects, you lay the foundation for meaningful sales conversations and long-term partnerships.

  • Expecting every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster.
  • Embedding AI in operations – from real-time coaching to surfacing insights for meaningful customer engagement.

This is a remote opportunity within the UK.

Qualifications

  • Must communicate in German fluently both verbally and in written form.
  • 0-1+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or related roles.
  • Demonstrates a genuine interest in a sales career and understanding the sales process.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has business acumen, with a foundational grasp of how businesses operate.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and aptitude for learning new technology.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets in a remote environment.
  • Curious and coachable, with an ability to embrace and apply feedback.

Requirements

  • Proactively identify and engage prospects through strategic outbound prospecting activities.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Conduct engaging conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges.
  • Diligently research and gather information on target accounts.
  • Create a qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities within our CRM system.
  • Regularly collaborate with Account Executives and sales managers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities generated.
  • Continuously learn about our products, services, and the market landscape.
  • Utilize feedback and tools from coaching sessions to identify improvement areas.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary between Β£35,000 GBP and Β£49,000 GBP, commission-eligible.
