Role Description

As a Sales Clover contractor, you will:

• Outbound prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Lead generation: Build high-quality sales pipelines for tech clients in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, logistics, and more.
• Use top sales tools: Work with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and more.
• Strategic communication: Understand client needs and craft targeted outreach messaging.
• Market research collaboration: Leverage data and analytics to increase conversion rates.
• Continuous learning: Learn advanced sales methodologies through structured training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+ speaking and writing required)
• 6–18 months of sales or customer-facing experience (Outbound, BDR, or inside sales preferred)
• Strong communication and resilience – enjoy outbound challenges and know how to stay motivated under pressure
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools
• Curiosity and growth mindset – test, analyze, and improve daily
• Independence and accountability – deliver consistent results as a remote contractor
