Role Description

The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients in a newly launched market. This role suits a true sales hunter who thrives on prospecting, outreach, and closing deals within the real estate industry.

• The company offers a free first shoot to new clients, making the initial sale easier.
• Main goal is to convert these prospects into repeat paying clients, with commission paid as a percentage of the profit from each shoot.
• Ideal for someone with real estate sales experience who understands the language and needs of real estate agents.
• Drive new business growth for a real estate marketing and media services provider.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to the full suite of offerings, including photography, videography, virtual tours, drone footage, and social media management.
• Work closely with the local delivery team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Strong understanding of real estate terminology and agent workflows.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, outreach, and lead conversion.
• Experience using CRM systems (any CRM).
• Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach through calls, social media, email, and SMS.

Requirements

• Experience selling real estate services, marketing services, or media services.
• Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred but not required).
• Experience with Go High Level CRM is a plus.
• Experience working with real estate agents or brokerages.

Benefits

• Base salary of $1000 - $1200.
• Commission structure: 20% of the order value for the first completed and paid order of a new client.
• 10% of the order value for the second completed and paid order of that new client.
• 5% of the order value for the third and all subsequent completed and paid orders of that same client.
• Uncapped commission structure based on a percentage of the revenue generated from new client deals.
• No ceiling on commission earnings potential.
• Commission structure to be finalized and discussed fully during interview stage.
