Role Description

Your role will play a major role in our success because you’ll be responsible for enriching, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, acting as the first point of contact for many prospects and helping build a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team. This is an ideal role for someone who is curious, resilient, and motivated by learning sales in a high-growth environment.

You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve:

  • Built a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
  • Booked qualified meetings for AEs
  • Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover

How we’ll measure success:

  • Main KPI 1: Meetings booked
  • Main KPI 2: No-show / Not qualified rate
  • Main KPI 3: Conversion to WON rate

Qualifications

  • Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily
  • Able to conduct exploratory lead research and turn leads into opportunities
  • Not afraid of hearing “no” and sees it as part of the process
  • Data-driven and interested in scalable marketing processes
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and beyond a narrow scope
  • Iterative and curious mindset
  • Go-getter and self-driven attitude
  • Outcome-focused approach: good enough over perfect
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese

Requirements

  • Experience targeting HR or Finance ICPs (nice-to-have)
  • Previous customer-facing roles (BDR/SDR, Support) (nice-to-have)
  • Solid CRM usage habits (HubSpot experience is a plus) (nice-to-have)

  • Base Salary: €20,000 – €26,000
  • Bonus / Commissions: Uncapped

  • Contract Type: Fixed Term - 6 months
