[Hiring] Business Development Manager (Affiliates & Partnerships) @GoMining

Role Description

GoMining is a Bitcoin cloud-mining platform that has grown into a full crypto ecosystem. This role brings partners in across Europe, focusing on finding and signing affiliates and partners with large networks in the region.

• Hunting: find the partners who matter
  • Map partners with the biggest reach in Europe: crypto (exchanges, wallets, media, communities), iGaming and gambling (operators, affiliate networks, streamers), brokers (forex, CFD, investment platforms), fintech and payments, large media and influencer agencies.
  • Work the field: attend conferences across Europe, book meetings in advance, and close partnerships on site.
  • Use your own network and local reputation to get in front of decision-makers.
• Closing: run the full cycle
  • Own every deal end to end: first contact, negotiation, agreeing terms, onboarding, launching traffic and the first sales.
  • Negotiate with founders and senior management, showing the value of partnering with GoMining.
  • When a partner says no, find out why and bring that back for improvement.
• Growing: turn partners into volume
  • Grow the partners you’ve signed: higher volume, new formats, and special offers for their audiences.
  • Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM, report weekly on the funnel, and file a short results report after every trip.
  • Share insights on the European market with the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech.
• Your own network in Europe (affiliates, networks, operators, media).
• A track record of closing large partnership deals.
• Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management.
• Readiness to travel frequently across Europe.
• A hunter mindset: proactive, fast-paced, driven by results and money.
• Fluent English.

Requirements

• A European language beyond English: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish or another language of the region.
• A personal reputation in the local crypto, affiliate or iGaming community.
• A strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) and traffic.
• Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers.
• Knowledge of payment specifics in European markets.
