[Hiring] Business Development Manager @Ecovacs Europe GmbH

Role Description

We continue to grow and are looking for a Business Development Manager/Dealer Channel to join our Sales team.

The Business Development Manager/Dealer Channel is responsible for the European dealer channel strategy for our robotic solutions portfolio, covering:

• Robotic Lawn Mowers sold via garden, forestry, and professional outdoor dealers
• Robotic Pool Cleaners sold via specialist pool dealers and service partners

This role defines how we build, develop, and professionalize dealer networks, drive sustainable growth, and scale premium robotic technologies across diverse European markets. Candidates may come from either garden machinery or pool equipment dealer channels — deep expertise in one, with the ability to expand into the other.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in dealer-based sales or business development
• Background in either:
  • Garden / outdoor power equipment / robotic lawn mowers
  • Pool equipment / pool robots / technical pool products
• Proven experience managing multi-country dealer networks in Europe

Requirements

• Deep understanding of indirect sales and dealer economics
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Ability to manage complexity across different dealer types and cultures
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• At least one major European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian preferred)
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
