Role Description

This role leads enterprise sales for an AI-powered legal technology product, building relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments ready to adopt AI into their daily workflows. You will sit at the intersection of legal practice and product development, bringing market feedback directly to leadership and engineering to help shape what gets built next.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage commercial relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal technology leaders from initial outreach through contract close.
• Develop qualified opportunities through prospecting, referrals, industry conferences, and partner channels.
• Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to each buyer's workflows and pain points.
• Create clear materials, use cases, and ROI frameworks to help buyers understand the product's value.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and reliable forecasts with disciplined CRM records.
• Gather customer feedback from legal operations and practice leaders and share insights with product and engineering teams.
• Build relationships across the legal technology and legal operations communities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing six-figure contracts.
• Experience selling technology to law firms, legal departments, or professional services organizations.
• Understanding of how partners, IT leaders, and practice groups evaluate and make buying decisions.
• Proven ability to manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial prospecting through contract execution.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Discipline to manage a distributed sales process and keep CRM records accurate and current.
• Experience with legal technology, legal AI, or building an early-stage sales function is a strong plus.
• Existing relationships across the legal technology or legal operations communities are a plus.

Benefits

• The total compensation range is $240,000 to $300,000 USD annually.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
