Role Description

CMHWorks is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our consulting services and newly launched technology products. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing and executing our business development strategy while owning the complete sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.

This individual will play a key role in helping shape CMHWorks' future growth by:

• Building a strong sales pipeline
• Expanding our client base
• Establishing strategic partnerships
• Providing market insights that influence new product and service offerings

We're looking for someone who enjoys building something from the ground up and wants the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding technology company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or consultative sales experience
• Proven success managing the full sales cycle
• Experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline
• Proposal development and contract negotiation experience
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in both remote and in-person work environments

Requirements

• Experience selling IT consulting services, managed services, software, SaaS solutions or adjacent industry solutions
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses
• CRM experience (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies
