Role Description

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing Brady Corporation’s strategic growth objectives and overall business success. This position is responsible for developing and expanding key customer relationships in tier-one retail, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within targeted accounts.

• Deliver tailored solutions that create value, strengthen partnerships, and consistently exceed customer expectations.
• Report directly to the Director of Strategic Retail Sales.
• Operate under a fully remote work arrangement with approximately 50% travel.
• Penetrate and grow strategic accounts while fostering long-term customer loyalty.
• Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and uncover emerging opportunities.
• Align Brady’s solutions with customer objectives to enhance satisfaction and strengthen competitive position.
• Contribute to market expansion, customer retention, and the achievement of the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Penetrate and grow a portfolio of tier-one retail accounts serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
