Role Description

This role exists to acquire new clients within the UK healthcare sector for the placement of temporary staff. It contributes to the business by focusing exclusively on new business development, allowing internal teams to manage recruitment, delivery, and booking mobilisation. The main focus is on lead generation, client onboarding, and expanding the client base via NHS framework agreements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proven experience in business development within the healthcare staffing sector.
• Identify and secure new clients within the UK healthcare sector.
• Develop relationships with NHS trusts and healthcare providers across England and Wales.
• Leverage existing NHS framework agreements to win new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to client onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed quarterly client acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within healthcare staffing.
• Strong understanding of NHS frameworks and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business in the UK market.
• Experience selling temporary staffing solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work remotely.

Requirements

• Salary: R30,000 – R32,500 per month + Commission.
