Role Description

• Onboarding KOLs & Communities: Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and utilize our exchange.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities to encourage ongoing platform usage.
• Outreach & Negotiation: Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators.
• Growth Initiatives: Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain traders.
• Market Research: Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or trading communities.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained engagement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships, including user acquisition and engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing.
• Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics.
• Active presence or strong familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals.
