Role Description

VA4U is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Franchise Support Virtual Assistant to help drive the expansion of our established real estate franchise network. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective franchise partners across the United States through targeted outreach initiatives. Your expertise in US B2B business development will be vital as you build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers via strategic email campaigns, outbound calls, and LinkedIn prospecting. Your efforts will generate high-quality opportunities for our Franchise Development team, fueling network growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, developing new business, and supporting long-term organizational success within a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.

• Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn
• Research and identify potential franchise owners and business opportunities
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
• Schedule discovery calls and appointments for the Franchise Development team
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential franchise partners
• Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales cycle
• Accurately maintain all outreach and engagement records within the CRM
• Track pipeline activity and provide detailed progress reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handover and communication
• Participate in additional business development and franchise growth initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US B2B Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting
• Demonstrated experience engaging business owners, executives, or senior decision-makers
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, neutral accent
• Confidence in conducting outbound calls and professional email outreach
• Strong background in LinkedIn prospecting and business networking
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar
• Excellent research, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
• Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup

Requirements

• Experience in franchise development or franchise sales (Nice to Have)
• Background in the real estate or property industry (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools (Nice to Have)
