[Hiring] Business Development Associate @Virtual Colleague Philippines

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Business Development Admin to support our B2B sales pipeline. In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain high-quality lead lists
• Manage CRM data integrity
• Submit vendor forms
• Support outreach efforts through HubSpot

This is a part-time position starting at 24 hours a week, and requires availability during US Eastern Time Zone hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Proficiency with HubSpot, sequencing, outreach, and CRM hygiene
• Hands-on experience with lead generation and contact discovery tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo.io, Listly, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality and accuracy
• Self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Available to work at least 12 hours per week during Eastern Time Zone business hours

• Experience working with remote or distributed sales teams
• Familiarity with B2B vendor portals and procurement processes
• Experience working with food and beverage/CPG companies, food service, hospitality, office coffee or similar buyers on the US East Coast
