[Hiring] Business Developer @GIGLIO.COM S.P.A

Role Description

In order to boost the business growth, we are looking for a Freelance Business Developer to support our European expansion and strengthen our presence within the multi-brand fashion landscape. The consultant will work as an independent professional, fully integrated with our Community of partner boutiques and with our teams.

The collaboration is central to the expansion of our Community of partner boutiques in your territory, managing the full lifecycle of new partnerships — from market scouting to negotiation, onboarding and long-term support. You will operate in close coordination with GIGLIO.COM’s commercial units, working alongside our Community Store and Merchandising teams and following the strategic guidelines and commercial policies defined by the company, while managing your own activity autonomously.

• Map European markets, identify promising multi-brand boutiques and assess their potential within the GIGLIO.COM ecosystem, building a structured development plan with a clear pipeline;
• Manage the full partnership process — from outreach and model presentation to negotiation and agreement signing — ensuring a smooth transition toward operational phases;
• Support partner onboarding and monitor performance, proposing tailored initiatives and solutions with the Community Store and Merchandising teams to maximise both short- and long-term results;
• Maintain a strong presence in the market, nurturing relationships with retailers, buyers and key stakeholders, and contributing to internal alignment meetings to define priorities and opportunities.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in developing relationships with luxury multi-brand retailers in France and across Europe;
• The ability to build new connections and expand their network within the fashion industry as a freelance professional or agent;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach;
• Availability to travel when required;
• Fluency in English and French, knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
