Role Description

Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization. We’re revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey.

We are currently expanding our Professional Services team, and we’re looking for a new Business Consultant.

Do you want to help top e-commerce businesses boost their performance? Serve clients and get experience globally (offices in Amsterdam, Bratislava, Prague, London, Moscow, New York, Atlanta, and Charlotte). Want to have immediate, tangible results?

• Responsible for delivering value to Bloomreach’s clients through the deployment and use of the Engagement Platform.
• Support clients in the implementation phase with:
  • Business requirements gathering
  • Preparation of the data structure
  • Data migration process
  • Automated programmes deployment
• Act as a key advisor for clients regarding:
  • E-commerce
  • Analytics
  • Data management
  • Digital marketing
  • Marketing automation
  • Emailing + mobile technologies
• Build strong relationships with clients by:
  • Bringing continuous improvement to their business
  • Maximizing utilization of the platform
  • Improving their KPIs/ROI
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to develop business strategy and a roadmap with clients, aligning on relevant business goals and critical metrics.
• Become an expert in a chosen part of the platform to lead and advise clients and internal stakeholders.
• Play a pivotal role in clients’ onboarding, platform adoption, and product features utilization.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to build services focused around the product and contribute to internal process improvement.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role within a SaaS environment.
• Working knowledge of at least one of the Bloomreach Engagement platform features.
• Experience in the following sectors/fields:
  • Online analytics
  • Performance marketing
  • Marketing automation
  • Data science
  • A/B testing
  • Personalization
  • Campaign optimization
  • Customer lifetime value
  • Emailing automation
  • Reactivation
  • Attribution modeling
  • Prediction
  • Product recommendations
  • E-commerce
• Knowledge of e-commerce business and trends, with the ability to understand clients’ business models and adapt consulting approach accordingly.
• Excellent consulting skills:

  • Confidence in dealing with business users and stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations in a proactive, goal-oriented, and highly professional way.
• Proactively maintain the highest level of expertise by deepening knowledge of the Bloomreach Engagement platform and solutions through learning opportunities and self-study.
• Native or professional fluency in English.

Requirements

• The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity, and business needs.
• Base Salary Range: €25.905 — €28.000 EUR
