Role Description

As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers reach their full potential by developing process-driven solutions that drive measurable results. You will work closely with our customers to gain a deep understanding of their unique business needs, challenges, and opportunities. Armed with this knowledge, you will leverage your expertise in aligning processes to technology to design, develop, and deploy custom solutions that exceed their goals.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing our customers' current business processes.
• Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for incremental improvement.
• Recommending process changes, new technologies, or appropriate organizational changes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
• Developing a large-scale strategic vision and ensuring that all new business processes align with it.
• Managing sales processes beyond day-to-day procurement to maintain strong customer relations.
• Working closely with all stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple business processes: (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.)
• Process Certifications (Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL or equivalent)
• Business Acumen & deep working knowledge of progressive business procedures
• Expertise in Value Chain mapping
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Experience in process mining, simulation and business process modeling and notation
• Demonstrated leadership skills in executive communications and presentation of business cases in support of incentive enterprise business needs

Benefits

• The compensation range for this position in the U.S. is $179,760 to $341,520 based on a full-time schedule.
• Compensation may vary depending on geography, job-related skills, and experience.
• Eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
• If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
