[Hiring] Wind DT Supply Chain, Data Fabric & AI Leader @GE Vernova

Role Description

This role will transform Wind into an AI-first organization by building scalable data infrastructure and GenAI capabilities that drive operational excellence, competitive differentiation, and supply chain resilience. The position establishes an integrated data fabric that enables real-time decision-making while elevating enterprise-wide AI fluency.

• Drive Enterprise Data & AI Strategy: Architect and execute comprehensive data fabric and AI roadmap aligned to Wind priorities, establishing governance frameworks that ensure datasets are AI-ready and enterprise/asset data stores converge seamlessly.
• Build Advanced AI Capabilities at Scale: Lead deployment of AI, GenAI, and VLM models by establishing a "solution factory" for rapid prototyping, partnering with GE Vernova's central AI team to deliver measurable business impact.
• Transform Supply Chain Through Data Excellence: Leverage manufacturing and supply chain expertise to implement ML-driven optimization, deploy analytics and governance tools, and establish data quality guardrails across all datasets.
• Accelerate Organization AI Maturity: Execute comprehensive upskilling program to elevate GenAI capabilities across Wind business.
• Deliver Agile, Enterprise-Scale Solutions: Apply Lean/Agile methodologies to build large-scale data products and Enterprise AI applications.
• Build the team that will deliver all of the above capabilities while embracing #OneTeam spirit.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Data, Analytics, Digital Technology, Software, or AI, including ownership of an enterprise-wide data and AI strategy and roadmap in complex, global organizations.
• Strong software engineering leadership background, with experience building enterprise applications, platforms, and reusable data or AI products.
• Proven experience building, leading, and developing global teams of senior leaders, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving enterprise-level transformation in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Experience applying data, analytics, or AI solutions within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $220,000 and $300,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
