[Hiring] VP - Senior AI Consulting Architect & Client Partner @EXL

Role Description

This role exists because enterprises are past GenAI experimentation and now demand production systems with measurable ROI, governance, and scale. Most stall in the gap between an impressive pilot and a system that survives production. EXL lives in that gap, being accountable for outcomes on clients’ data, in their environment, against their SLAs.

This role is the senior technical authority who makes that real. You will:

• Convert ambitious, under-specified client mandates into secure, production-grade Generative and Agentic AI systems.
• Turn each engagement into reusable IP that compounds EXL’s delivery leverage and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Senior technical relationship management with client executives.
• Technical shaping of deals that fund the work.
• End-to-end technical vision and delivery for enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI programs.
• Focus on delivering value and outcomes to clients.
• Establish technical standards for the practice, including reference architectures and reusable accelerators.
• Set governance and evaluation standards for every engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Generative and Agentic AI systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI initiatives.
• Ability to manage complex technical relationships.
• Experience in delivering measurable outcomes in a production environment.
