Role Description

The SVP, GM AI is responsible for leading the company’s artificial intelligence business, with full accountability for strategy, product portfolio, and financial performance. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from defining the strategic roadmap through commercialization and scaling.

• Own full P&L responsibility for the AI business unit, including revenue growth, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies to scale AI-driven products and services.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Set the long-term AI strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Translate emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, automation) into commercial offerings.
• Position the organization as a leader in AI innovation within the industry.
• Oversee the AI product roadmap from ideation through launch and scaling.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, governance, and ethical deployment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to drive adoption and customer value.
• Influence enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives.
• Align AI capabilities with broader digital and business strategies.
• Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, data science, GTM).
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Attract and retain top AI and leadership talent.
• Serve as a thought leader and public face of the company’s AI initiatives.
• Build relationships with key partners, customers, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field required.
• MBA, MS, or PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Business Administration) strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of leadership experience, including senior executive roles.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a business unit or product line with P&L responsibility.
• Deep experience in AI/ML, data platforms, or advanced analytics-driven products.
• Experience commercializing AI solutions in enterprise or high-growth environments.
