[Hiring] Student Intern, AI Project Coordinator @Celestica International LP

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Intern to join Celestica's CCS Business Operations team as an AI Project Coordinator. In this 16-month internship, you will work closely with the PMO Office to support the introduction and scaling of practical AI use cases across the business. You will also assist in developing internal tools and automating workflows, and play a key role in project management and operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, business operations, and tool development within a global technology company.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, enterprise AI tools, and their practical applications in business operations.
• Familiarity with—or an eagerness to learn—project management platforms.
• Basic understanding of Python, web development, or scripting (HTML, JavaScript, Google Apps Script) to support internal application development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with an aptitude for process improvement, documentation, and executive-ready presentation building.

Requirements

• Coordinate and track AI use case implementations, which includes scheduling project overviews and ensuring IT support is integrated for successful kickoffs.
• Assist in refining and developing internal applications.
• Support the evaluation, setup, and maintenance of project management tools and PMO practices for the broader team.
• Collaborate with project leads to gather requirements, track milestones, follow up on action items, and provide regular status updates.
• Help structure meeting prep briefs to ensure they are concise, focused on outcomes, and capture key talking points.
